Keystone, South Dakota Historical Society
The Keystone Historical Society museum is in the Keystone School building,
where Carrie's step-children attended. Built in 1899, the school served
as Keystone's full-time school until 1988.
Every August 3 is Carrie Ingalls Day. An open house and birthday cake
are a part of the celebration. There is no admission charge, but donations
are appreciated.
